A Washington Native and Washington State University Instructor, Congdon has been a full time sculptor since graduation from WSU. He is best known for his memorial sculpture of Rock Legend Jimi Hendrix. The Hendrix foundation commissioned Congdon to immortalize the rock legend in Bronze passionately playing his guitar.
