This July we are pleased to offer a special exhibit of Contemporary Asian works. Paintings and prints by Japanese Master, Toko Shinoda, Mikio Tagusari, Yoko Hara, Shinichi Nakazawa, Shigeki Kuroda and Le Thiet Cuong.
Contemporary Asian works have taken a wide and diverse departure from the the long history of Asian traditional art with such masters like Toko Shinoda and her trailblazing accomplishments being hailed as analogous to Picasso's.
While influenced by the western world, Asian Contemporary Art has blossomed into a variety of directions all the while creating it's own identity and style.
This exhibit will allow you to visit a variety of contemporary styles and mediums for contrasts and comparisons from a few different Asian cultures.
