The unique and delicate technique that Paul Huber uses to create these beautiful figurative works is a lost art amongst artists today. Wax, pigment and delicate brush work make these far more than a normal encaustic painting.
Living in Wyoming, Huber produces very few works a year as he labors over each piece for months at a time.
While Huber has been an exhibiting artist for many of his 62 years, he is relatively unknown and very under rated as a fine artist due to a severe lack of production. Seeing any one of his works in person, you will immediately see the importance of each and every painting and easily agree that Huber will become the undiscovered master that he is.
