"Le Grand" DeLille Cellars Previous to having been given a bottle of DeLille wine for a birthday by some generous friends, I had never tasted a high end wine, which is not surprising on an aspiring artist’s income. Also not surprising, is that I thought the wine was GREAT! (le grand). That experience is why this show even exists, as it led to many more experiences based on the enjoyment of different wines with friends and family. Since this wine was my introduction to the pleasures of “fine” wine I chose to portray their bottle in a classical pose.
